I really like what Connection Explorer has to offer. However I am not interesting in purchasing Object Desktop and also paying annually.Will Connection Explorer be offered as a standalone purchase, preferably permanent license?
Hello,From what I understand, any new Stardock software will be offer as Stand alone once it get to full release version. Connection Explorer is currently still under Beta/Early version.

I purchased Start11 V2 and I'm interested in Connection Explorer too but I'm on the same boat, I'd rather pay a one time fee to get the software with maybe a small annual fee to get the major versions update like other software developpers do but having to subscribe yearly is putting me off, especially since no other software seems useful to my use case/needs.
I'll gadly purchase it as soon as it comes a standalone software without subscription.
It will become a standalone likely next month-ish depending how quickly translations take to implement across the UI.
However, it will be an annual subscription (we don't do monthly) as the IP data lookup for location plotting is not free and we update that database frequently for accuracy.
Understandable, any ideas of the yearly cost yet?
Most likely $20USD per year is the expectation right now based on the cost analysis for the uptime of the sever + ai tokens that are included for lookups.
