Oh shoot, I think I see what I just did.  I was looking at WindowsFX 6, not Fences 6.  I think I just cross-wired my account.  I logged in with Steam and could not readily see which email address my Stardock account was tied to.  I may have created a second account.  One account should have robert.kuropkat@gmail.com.  The other may be robert@kuropkat.com.  If I stupidly created a second account when I purchased the upgrade I need them merged or something.  One has about 10 products including Fences 3 which should be for multiple devices.  From the looks of it, it di not treat it as an upgrade which would explain the problem.

Also, if you purchased it under Steam, it will not appear in your Stardock account. It should appear on your Steam library. And, for Steam purchase you will need to install and activate only via Steam. There will not be any product keys for Steam purchased.

No, it actually depend on which one you purchased upgrade. Refer to this two choices. If you did purchased the Multi-Devices, you should have 5 activation.

For account issue, it best to raise support ticket, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
