Adding option to stay on top

Is there a possibility of adding the always on top to tabs option?  I understand the actual fences on the desktop not being on top, but I have set up rollup tabs (see below) and would like those to be always on top.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Unfortunately, that is currently not possible. It has been requested for a long time, and, I do realize that if it is possible, it has been done long time ago.
