Recently Added Apps do not appear despite setting enabled

Also Groups do not remove when deleted

I've had some new trouble with the start menu. I am unable to see "Recently added apps" despite the fact that the option is enabled in the Start11 settings. Is there something I'm missing? Is there something else that needs to be enabled or changed to make this group visible in the start menu? I see "Recent documents" and an "Apps" group I cannot delete as well as my "Pinned" apps but no "Recently added apps". How do I delete a group? How do I show "Recently added apps"? Seems like the menu feature has some issues.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. It look like you are looking at the wrong location. For Windows 11 style Start menu. You will need to see the recently add/installed is on the "All App" list: Refer screenshot below.
