Trouble Upgrading/Installing Fences 6

Hello! 

I have used Fences for a couple years now, and when I saw the popup to upgrade to 6, was excited to do so. Unfortunately, Fences no longer is opening and I am not sure how to fix this. I get the below message every time. I tried reinstalling maybe 10 times, purging a few times, and have had no luck. I have not been able to enter my product key. Any suggestions?? Let me know if you need more details. 

-Windows 11 Pro 25H2, 26200.7171

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to be sure, did you purchased Fences 6 and if you did, did use the correct new Fences v6 license key when you tried activate it? Did you see any other error message while installing Fences 6? Any other details might help.

Hey Basj,

I did buy a new license for Fences 6 yesterday. I never was able to enter the key, however. After restarting the computer, I was unable to open fences and got the below message when trying. No error messages popped up during install. 

Thank you immensely for your quick response!! I use Fences religiously and it is key for my workflow!

If you go to this directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Fences" and double click on Fences.exe, does Fences 6 open up?
