Hi, I have a Fenses 4 license and would like to upgrade to Fenses 6, but I can't seem to do it.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. To upgrade from Fences v4 to v6, you will need to click on the upgrade link for discount eligibility, refer screenshot below. Than once purchased you will get a new license key for Fences v6.
