Just received 4 renewal emails, clicking on any of the links suggests I have 2 subscriptions which is incorrect. It started last year and was charged twice, and yet I only have 1 PC. They are billed one day apart.
I do remember having issues with your renewal/payment process last year but it looks as if you took the opportunity to charge me twice with 2 slightly different totals. This is probably due to having originally upgraded from one of your other products.
Reading the comments here it seems to be a common occurrence which is not acceptable.
