HELP! cannot access skins libraries

from WinCustomize Forums
I hope someone here can help. I'm having trouble accessing any of the skins libraries, when I'm logged into my acct. If I'm logged out I can access them (most of the time), but never when I"m logged in. Currently the only way I can download anything is from the "top downloads", "new additions" or "updated skins" lists that come up on the homepage.
I've tried logging out, clearing cookies and temp. files and then logging back in, this doesn't help. Any one have any suggestions??

Are you getting an error message of some sort? Have you hit your 50mb dl limit?

no error other than "page cannot be displayed" from IE. Someone please help, I'm starting to get pissed that I paid for this program and now can't really use it, like I"m supposed to be able to.

Did you crossreference your account after you bought the program? https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?cmd=CrossRef People who have bought a Stardock product need to cross-reference.

Nearlly same trouble over here : impossible to connect to SDC (code returned = invalid url !!!) Some other trouble to logOff ==> impossible or to logOn (if PC is not yet connected) to Wincustomize or GUI Olympics site ... ???

I cant get in Windowblinds library its been months. Might be a server thing. Il have to try again late late at night I guess.

Ah the joy of being stuck on Dialup in the country.

Ah try going in Edit Account.
Optimize viewing for speed.
Max skins per page to 10 or 20.

Then you should start to see a difference.

When you get the invalid url error what is the URL that is in your browsers address bar?

If you have your browser set not to accept cookies, you might have trouble with the site as it uses cookies. I have no problem accessing the libraries.

Or maybe your firewall is blocking cookies.
