mouse click delay after shortcut used

windows 11 pro 64 bit

When I unload Fences 6 from my computer , ( windows pro 64 bit system ) all works OK . When I install Fences 6  , every time I use a shortcut icon in a fences window the screen locks up for up to 10 seconds before any mouse commands or mouse screen drag is recognised .

Can anyone advise how to fix this ?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

If the issue still appear, need few more information.

  1. Windows 11 full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Fences 6 full version number.
  3. Post a video showing your issue, might help us understand the issue better.
