Start 11 v2 update

Keeps stoping

Hey there.  Start 11 v2 keeps telling me there is an update (54.5 MB) but when I try to download and install it stops downloading at various points.  Sometimes 2MB or 4.5MB and the most I can download is 5.3MB before it just stalls and sits there.  Not sure where to go from here.  I tried going to Stardock site to see if I could find the update there but no luck there either.  Any help appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try download the installer directly from your account product download page : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Try it and report back.

Hi Basj, thank you for getting back to me.  I went to the above link and sadly found nothing in my account product download page.  I bought this through Fast Spring, an authorized reseller so that could explain why it wasn't in there.  Then I went to Stardock.com software downloads and tried to download the latest version from there.  It begins to download but after 20 or so seconds it drops out and says, Start11v2 setup.exe Failed - No file.  I have tried this 8 times and each time the same result.  Where do I go from here?

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
