Fences 6 is not associated with this account

Hello, I have the Fences 2 and have upgraded to Fence 6 and was also able to install Fences 6.

As I had to reinstall my OS Fences will not accept my Product key. I have also removed Fences. Doesn't matter if  I use E-Mail & Product key or usser account. How do I have to install Fences 6?

I believe you should have deactivated Fences 6 before your OS reinstallation.

You can do that through the website. The "how to" is here:

After doing so, reinstall Fences 6 and reactivate/reboot.

Hello, thanks for your reply. There is now such option on the website. I only can see it for Fences 2. The only space where I can see Fences 6 is on the Order History.

 

I had a look at the Product Key Status (.csv) provided on the Order History. The email there was wrong (there is a s right before the @ too much). I got the receipe via mail so I dont know if it was my fault ... but if so .. why did I got the receipe on the correct email?

According to that you have two accounts. You'll have to merge them.

It's probably best if we wait until basj (the Community Support Assistant) addresses your problem here.
