Hello, good evening to everyone, 

There you go, I just switched to Windows 11 and as usual, it’s a mess after the migration, I can’t find myself there anymore. 

So I tried various solutions to find the start menu of Windows 10 Menu for which it took me a few long months of adaptation, and which I can no longer do without today... 
As luck would have it, Windows 11, as you certainly know, comes back to a presentation of this menu closer to Seven or even XP. 
So none of these tested solutions convinced me. So I fell back on Stardock, which already provided me with Fences 6 with a lifetime license. I opted to test Star 11 v2.55. First of all in a one-month trial version to test. 

But there, after my settings of Star 11 v2.55, no change. Is it normal? I activated the trial version via Internet.  Did I miss something for the trial version of Star 11 v2.55? Or Microsoft, which is increasingly resistant to any form of customization of its system. would have found a way to block any change? 

Yes, the computer has been at the end of possible updates (your computer is up to date)
And yes, the computer was restarted, without result. 

Currently I have a 21H2 version of Windows 11 from an up-dated Windows 10 to perform my tests. I plan to later redo a full installation with a legitimately purchased version of Windows 11 pro Retail. 
My PC is fully compatible with this installation of Windows 11. 
I remain available for any further questions, and if someone has a solution to my concern (find the Win 10 start menu on Win 11 as I wish), I thank them in advance.

Voilà, je viens de passer sur Windows 11 et comme à l'habitude, c'est foutoir après la migration, je ne m'y retrouve plus. 
J'ai donc essayé diverses solutions pour retrouver le menu démarrer de Windows 10 Menu pour lequel il m'a fallu quelques long mois d'adaptation, et dont je ne sais plus me passer aujourd'hui... 
Comme par hasard, Windows 11 comme vous le savez certainement, revient à une présentation de ce menu plus proche de Seven ou même d'XP. 
Donc aucune de ces solutions testées ne m'ont convaincues. Je me suis donc rabattu sur Stardock, qui m'a déjà fourni Fences 6 avec une licence à vie. J'ai opté pour tester Star 11 v2.55. Tout d'abord en version d'essai d'un mois pour tester. 
Mais là, après mes paramétrages de Star 11 v2.55, aucun changement. Est-ce normal ? J'ai activé la version d'essai via Internet.  Ais-je manqué quelque chose pour la version d'essai de Star 11 v2.55 ? Ou Microsoft, qui résiste de plus en plus à toute forme de personnalisation de son système. aurait trouvé moyen de bloquer tout changement ? 
Oui, l'ordinateur a été au bout des mises à jours possibles (votre ordinateur est à jour)
Et oui, l'ordinateur a été redémarré, sans résultat. 
Actuellement j'ai une version 21H2 de Windows 11 à partir d'un Windows 10 up-daté pour effectuer mes tests. Je compte par la suite refaire une installation complète avec une version de Windows 11 pro Retail légitimement achetée. 
Mon PC est pleinement compatible à cette installation de Windows 11. 
Je reste disponible pour toute question complémentaire, et si quelqu'un à solution à mon souci (retrouver le menu démarrer Win 10 sur Win 11 comme je le souhaite), je l'en remercie d'avance.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try, uninstall Start11v2, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

Also, it is best to update your Windows 11 to 24H2 or 25H2 to make ensure compatibility.

First of all, thank you for your quick response. 

I uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled, restart, as requested in the first part of your response. 
Without effect. 

On the other hand, as indicated in my first post, I am not in Win11 24H2, let alone in Win 11 25H2 for the immediate. 
I am only in Win 11 21H2 after having updated a Win 10 22H2 version.
Still as indicated, the updates refuse to go further (see photos).

J'ai désinstallé, redémarré, réinstallé, redémarrer, comme demandé dans la première partie de votre réponse. 
Sans effet. 
Par contre, comme indiqué sur mon premier post, je ne suis pas en Win11 24H2, encore moins en Win 11 25H2 pour l'immédiat. 
Je ne suis qu'en Win 11 21H2 après avoir updaté une version Win 10 22H2.
Toujours comme indiqué, les mises à jours refusent d'aller plus loin (voir photos). 
Auriez-vous une autre alternative ?

Being on such an old version of Windows could certainly be a factor especially if it fails to see updates.

If you are stuck on 21h2 you will get worse security support than Windows 10 I think.

How did you even end up on that version as Windows updating from Windows 10 should be installing something far newer.

The other thing to check is if something has stopped the Start11 service from starting.

Finally do you have anything else installed to give you say a Windows 10 style taskbar or custom start button.

Indeed, Win 11 is new to me. After searching, it seems that it comes from an option to check in Windows Update... I can no longer find my source, but anyway, there was certainly another issue during the migration of Win10 22H2, I should have found myself in Win11 22H2, which was not the case.

And yes, oddly, my Win10 was in 22h2, not 21H2, and support for this 21h2 version of Win11 has been stopped for some time (https://www.tomsguide.fr/windows-11-arrete-laversion-21h2-mettez-vite-votre-pc-a-jour-avant-quil-ne-soit-trop-tard/)... hence the blockage... 

I finally reinstalled clean from an ISO 25H2. After installing Star11, it works well, I found my Win10-style start menu.

Afterwards, I would never understand Microsoft’s argument of constantly redesigning interfaces without the possibility of choice. Especially since, in addition, the possibilities of settings are more and more limited... Well yes, they don’t stress too much at Microsoft anymore, it falls asleep on laurels not so deserved. 
I think that in the next version of Windows, if it is too modified from Win11, I will choose Linux.

In any case, a big THANK YOU for the promptness with which you responded to me. Even if you couldn’t do much to my concern. I still have one thing to do, ordering a license for Start11.

En effet, Win 11 est nouveau pour moi. Après recherche, il semblerait que cela provienne d'une option à cocher dans Windows Update... je ne retrouve plus ma source, mais de toute façon, il y avait certainement un autre souci lors de la migration de Win10 22H2, j'aurais dû me retrouver en Win11 22H2, ce qui ne fut pas le cas.
Et oui, bizarrement, mon Win10 était en 22h2, pas en 21H2, et le support pour cette version 21h2 de Win11 est arrêté depuis quelques temps (https://www.tomsguide.fr/windows-11-arrete-la-version-21h2-mettez-vite-votre-pc-a-jour-avant-quil-ne-soit-trop-tard/)... d'où le blocage... 
J'ai finalement réinstallé propre à partir d'une ISO 25H2. Après installation de Star11, cela fonctionne bien, j'ai retrouvé mon menu démarrer façon Win10.
Après je ne comprendrais jamais l'argumentation de Microsoft de sans cesse nous remanier les interfaces sans possibilité de choix. D'autant qu'en plus, les possibilité de réglages sont de plus en plus limitées... Ben oui, ils ne se foulent plus trop chez Microsoft, ça s'endort sur des lauriers pas tant mérités. Je pense qu'à la prochaine version, si encore trop modifiée de Win11, je ferais le choix de Linux.
En tout cas, un grand MERCI pour la rapidité que vous avez eu à me répondre. Même si vous ne pouviez pas grand chose à mon souci. Me reste une chose à faire, la commande d'une licence pour Start11.
