Start11 doesn't shows Start11 menu when click start button using mouse

Hello,

I'm encountering the following issues with Start11:

1. After installing and setting up Start11, when I click the Start button with my mouse, the default Windows 11 menu still appears. However, when I press the Win key on my keyboard, I can see the Start11 Start menu. What could be causing this?

2. I've also enabled the enhanced taskbar and set its width and transparency, but there's no change. Even after restarting Task Manager, the old taskbar remains, with no changes whatsoever.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling using the purge tool, but the problem persists.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps, you have another application that is conflicting with Start11. Do you have any other application installed that change or add something on your taskbar or perhaps change your Windows explorer. Application such as DisplayFusion, StartAllBack, ExplorerPatcher, OpenShell etc.
