"unable to activate fences 6 as its currently active on a different computer" eventhough it isnt

this comes a couple reboots after i attempted to clone my ssd which involved some tampering with the boot order my bios and i possibly tripped my TPM in the process in some way, as it briefly interfered with other parts of my system when i booted back onto it. But now this. Im on the same computer, so i dont even know how id deactivate it. What exactly do i do here?
