Fences 5: 1 key or 5?

I have Fences 5. I've read in a number of places, including this forum, that I can install it on up to 5 computers. I cannot. When I look at my account info for Fences 5, I have one PC listed that is already using Fences 5, as expected. It appears that I am limited to just one activation. Please clarify.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If I remember correctly, you will get 5 activation if you purchased the Multi-device Option on Fences 5, did you purchased the Multi-device Option? If you did, and you only appear as having one activation. 

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Also, I believe, there is no upgrade option from 1 device Fences 5 to Multi-device Fences 5. But, you can get a discount for Fences 6 Multi-device upgrade. Just click on the "upgrade" button and enter your account email address to check on the discount eligibility.
