Setup app to always launch as administrator

Is it possible to set up an icon in Start11 to always launch as administrator? I have this piece of software which works only as admin, that'd be a welcome ergonomics improvement if I could launch it as admin all the time.

Does the app have a setting to always run as Administrator? If not try right clicking the app and select Properties. On the Compatibility tab, check "Run this program as an administrator."
