Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I really not sure what you mean by "icons not moving when Fences started". Need more details.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
  2. Fences full version installed.
  3. Post a video showing us your issue, would help us understand your issue better.

my desktop icons have a circle with a red slash when i try to move them after fences pro is active

Please give us full information as requested above. Please use Winver.exe to get the OS Build number. Need Fences full version number too. And a video would help us understand your issue better.

Hello,
I believe Fences v1 not compatible with Windows 11. It is best to upgrade to Fences 6.

Hello,
For refund, please raise support ticket using the link below, select the "Refunds" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
