Fences 3 crashing?

keep getting error message

Stardock Fences v. 3.1.6.1 

I can install fences without any issues, however after properly shutting down windows, and normal log in I keep getting this message. I have not had any issues with new fence program but do not like it, so I tried going to my favorite fences 3. I did try to re-enable Fences but keep getting following message.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If I remember correctly, this issue appear when there is one of the portal Fences get corrupted. This issue was resolved on the later Fences released version. What you can do is to test if the issue still appear if you do a free 30 days trial on current available version.
