can anyone help me fix this for fences 5

i have fences 5 and when i have installed it it tells me to restart computer when i do this shows up when i try to lunch fences and if i try t lunch it befor restarting the same thing show up and make me uninstall the short cut and i then have t reinstall fences 5 again and the same thing keeps happaning

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This is by running the short cut on the desktop or running it via the Start menu or from the desktop right click menu?

Also need more information on your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Fences 5 full version number.
  3. Is this new issue, it was working before? Or, working on another system etc but not in the new system? If it was working what has changed recently. New Windows update, new hardware, new driver etc.
