Answer from SDSupport on Suites issue

I had posted to this board about difficulty applying suites with Theme Manager, and was told my best bet would be to contact Stardock. Well, they got back to me and their response was that the suites must have been put together incorrectly. What's the deal with this? If it's the truth, there must be a heck of a lot of suites out there that are incorrectly assembled, because this happens with almost every suite I try! Do you guys think SD is correct, or could there be another problem? Does anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

Did you give them examples of the suites that you used?  What version of Theme Manager are you using?

I am using the latest version. I did give some examples, but it happens with so many different suites that I don't know if it helped much. I've reinstalled the whole package several times, even redownloaded everything, but I still get this "the file type you have passed for (app name here) is not valid" message. Some of the suites I've had the problem with include PaloDuro, Silderado, Silverado, GoldenEagle, Pearlized, Attacker, Blocked Tears, FallNights, Food for Thought, FreedomFlight, etc., etc. I basically just started downloading suites to see if they'd work, and most of them haven't. Examples of the few suites that do work are Pixoffice and BP XPG. I don't know too much about creating the programs that comprise these suites, but I wonder if there's any particular thing I could look for if I open the suite to see if it's formatted correctly? Thanks!
