Why does my layout change every time my monitors go to sleep and come back on?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please do this,

  1. re-setup the layout as what it should look like.
  2. Turn on Fences "Advance Logging". Its in the About tab->Troubleshooting->click on Enable advance logging".
  3. When the issue reappear. Go back on that same drop down menu and click on "Create error report package for technical support" Follow the instruction to submit a report for Support. Please include the link to this thread. 
  4. Wait Support to reply.
