MGiff, thanks for your kind thoughts. Yeah, I'm doing OK now. I just sent a photo of me to Koasati to post up on the SkinnerZ page. It's about two years old, but one of my favorites of me, though not really very high quality. I was kinda hanging onto my nice wooden cane. I got it on eBay, really nice wood, and truth is, I kind of miss having it to hang onto. I sure don't miss needing it, though.

just a thought for anyone that has bp that is hard to control even with medications- I was on four different meds for hbp and was still getting readings of 200/115. They found that one of my kidney arteries was 95percent blocked and causing the unstable pressure. I am just out of the hospital and hoping to get off some of the meds. Sometimes very high and erratic pressure is caused by something that can be fixed. Hope you are doing well now. I know what it's like to be scared by a high pressure.

really, really. A dispute with my family has left me separate from the lot of them. Little by little I am gathering my life back together. One day I will afford a camera... one day. In the mean time:
