Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version numbers.
  2. Do you have special security software such as Websense/Forcepoint install in your system?
  3. Any special security setting you setup in your system?

2. Eset NOD32 antivirus & Windows security
3. Bitlocker drive encryption & User Account Control (UAC) on level 2,

If you disable all the security setting temporarily does the installation continue without issue?

Dear Basj,

Thanks for  your help. I don't know how to do these things and also I'm not comfortable disabling security. Therefore I requested a refund.

For refund, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Refund" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed.
