Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know your Windows 11 full version and OS build number. Please use Winver.exe to get these number.

Thank you,

Hey Sotirios7,
I'm seeing the same thing on my setup, shortcuts show as pinned but don’t appear in the start menu when using the Windows 10 style in full screen. Thought it was just me. Hopefully, it’s something that can be fixed in an update. Let me know if you find a workaround in the meantime.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can not reproduce your issue on my system. I can pinned a folder and I can unpin it too. Refer screenshot below. Is this a new issue and was working before? If so what changed? Windows update or new software install or upgrade?

Thank you,

It's a new PC (one week) and this is the first time ever I am installing the app.

I am sending you a photo because PrtScn bottom is not working and the snipping tool can not take a picture of the full start menu.
You can translate from the Google Translate App from greek using your camera.

When I click right click on "This PC", "Network", "Music" folder or folders' shortcuts and click on Pin to Start menu (I am translating from greek) the icons are not added in start menu and when I am clicking again with right click on them then I have the option to "Unpin" them without being pinned.

I also remember that is was difficult to pin the Opera shortcut too, I don't know or understand why.

You pinned to Start mean you pin to Windows Start Panel. For this to appear on Start11 start menu, you will need to turn on sync pinned item. I believe you need to restart explorer.exe to make sure the pinned item from Windows Start panel into Start11 Start menu.

I can't reproduce your issue on my system. Refer to my short video below.

Moving forward, first, please try, uninstall Start11v2, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

Note: If I am looking at the wrong things. Please post a video showing us where and how you try to pin those folders etc.

I followed all of yours steps and no change. Moreover I performed a full clear unistall with Revo Unistaller and this time I did not made any chagne to the settings. The sychronize pinned items ... was On by default as you wrote to me above.

Edit: the Opera shortcut disappeared!!!
Edit2: I found a partial solution: when I right click on apps in start menu apps menu I have a new option to Pin in Start11 menu.  But this is now existing in File Explorer icons' menu.
Edit3: Somehow sometimes when I move icons they are dissapeared!

Here are two video (gifs). If your browser do not show them as a video, click on each one and open them in a new tab (tested with Chrome) or download them.
Καρφίτσωμα στην Έναρξη = Pin to Start (Menu),
Ξεκαρφίτσωμα από την Έναρξη = Unpin from the Start (Menu)
Greek language

Please fix it, I want to buy your product, I am in trial now.

As shown in my video, it is working. Something in your system might be conflicting with Start11. Try installing in Windows Sandbox and see if the issue still appear while in the Sandbox. https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1416855562/Testing+Start+in+Sandbox. Try that and report back.

However in my new PC it is not working as shown in my video and I strongly believe that there is a problem at sync between Windows Start Menu and Start11 menu. You may see again the code in this point and try to predict any bug/error.

Mayby could be a bug with the most polupar antivirus products like kaspersky but I deactivated the Kaspersky but the problem remains.

For the next 10-12 days I will have no time to try (for the first time) the sandbox. Meanwhile I hope you could find the bug.

I am sorry, I am not Dev, and I don't know about code. Do know that, this issue most probably something in your system. If it is actually a bug, than more people would already report on this one.

However, I have forwarded your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.
