Multiplicity 4 with phone's hotspot

Can I use Multiplicity 4 to control two computers if both are connected to my phone's hotspot? Thank you.

MP does not care about the connection medium, just that they are on the same IP subnet.  If they are both connected to a phone hotspot, that would be true.
