Secondary Computer Connects, Screens Don't Show, No Controls

I cannot get the secondary computer to respond. It has been added and the correct code is used. When I click Test, it says Success!. It does not, however, show up on the seamless connections screen (although it shows up on the right hand side under "add computer").

I have rebooted both machines. I have installed and reinstalled Multiplicity.  I have gone through Stardocks inane and onerous entering the registration codes multiple times. I have flushed the DNS.

Nothing.

What do I do?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Multiplicity full version number.

Thank you.

Even though you mention 'Seamless', the issue you are detailing does not match its function - nothing 'shows up' when you do a Seamless connection.  What it sounds like you are trying to do is create a remote KVM connection.  I would ask that you review this for starters:

If that helps, but you still have issues, you will, no doubt, have more complete questions for us.

You did drag the computer from the right hand side onto the grid?
