Need help from an admin concerning DesktopX

There are a few problems with version 2.1 of DX. Mainly, it doesn't load objects in a theme properly, i.e. missing objects among other things. It's been discussed here:

It's really annoying and as such, I don't use DX anymore while waiting for a new version to come out. I wanted to know it if was possible to have version 2.0 available to download somewhere. When using SDC, the only version available is 2.1 (either by having pre relase versions checked or not).

The Admins on this site are jsut that. If you need support for Stardock products the best place to start is reading over this page completely.

I'm not asking for support, I just want an earlier version of DX available to download. Two different things.

I know it won't help this time, but you can configure stardock central to archive the old version. That way, when a dl doesn't work for you, you can roll it back. I have used that once already for windows FX.

Yes they are two different things, but the answer is the same. The Admins on this site can not do that for you. You need to contact Stardock support for that request.

Perhaps if more users comment here on the unstability of version 2.1,someone at Stardock will see and take action. As Jachyra says, if he has stopped using DX,others might follow suit and that would be bad news. I
