Tabbed and non-tabbed groups not lining up correctly

Hello,

I'm running Fences v6.00 'Business Edition' on a Windows 11 Pro laptop. I have 4 fences on my desktop, one of which is a tabbed fence, and I have the 'Keeps groups lined up when moving' and 'Keep groups spaced [8] pixels apart when moving' options selected.

The screenshot demonstrates the issue:

Tabbed group alignment problem

The top edge of the tabbed group aligns correctly with the bottom edge of the 'This Surface' fence, but the top edge of the 'SQL Server' fence docks a few pixels below where it should align; the yellow line on the screenshot shows where the top edge of the 'SQL Server' fence should align to.

Is this expected behaviour?

Kind regards,

/Neil

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe this was reported before, the issue appear when you use "Rounded" tab Style. Look like Fences add few pixel above the actual tab to get the rounded effect. If you use the "Segmented" style they should appear on the save level.

Thank you,

Hi!

Thanks for that. Changing to the 'Segmented' style resolved the problem.

Thank you!
