Start11 buggy

and no way to contact support, how convenient

First, I find it borderline offense that Stardock doesn't offer REAL email/chat support, but I digress. 2nd, I'm noticing bugs with Start11, such as a) search going blank and having to restart the computer for it to work b) being unable to right-click icons on the taskbar to open a new window (e.g. private firefox window) at random times, and c) the clock being completely broken (can't click on it to see the clock popup), and other annoyances. Is Stardock aware of these issues?

There most certainly is a way to submit a Support ticket and correspond via email (https://support.stardock.com/ ).

There is no support chat, nor telephone.

Most, however, prefer via the forums as it is quicker. Also, it becomes part of the archive, to which others may refer via search. Most problems are solved by the Community Support Assistant and via experienced members.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.
