Start11 Taskbar - how to turn OFF the drag-and-drop functionality?

Hello, I have Start11 set up with an enhanced taskbar so that I can put the taskbar on the right side of my left monitor, which is where I have always had it until Windows 11.

However, now whenever I try to drag a file from one monitor to the other, the Taskbar is picking up that I'm dragging something and automatically brings to the foreground whatever random window on the Taskbar I happen to pass when dragging from screen to screen.

I know a lot of people love this feature, but it's interruptive to me, and I can't find anywhere in the Start11 Taskbar settings to turn it off.

Am I missing it?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can not reproduce your issue on my system. Perhaps you can post a video showing us your issue so we understand it better.

Thank you,

Hello, thank you for responding. I'm not sure what you mean about "reproducing the issue". I'm not reporting a bug. Start11 is working exactly as intended. The drag-and-drop functionality on the Taskbar was added to Start11 after users complained about it being missing in Windows 11.

What I'm trying to figure out is how to turn that intended functionality back off for my enhanced Taskbar. I can't find an option within Start11 to turn off the drag-and-drop-to-Taskbar functionality.
