Transparent Taskbar stop working in Start11 v2

Hello,

The transparent taskbar is not working... The settings are the same as yesterday, but suddenly taskbar is not transparent.
When I change the settings from 0% to 100% the taskbar just have more light... What should I do to fix this ?

Thank you.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do you also have Stardock Windowblinds theme applied?

Thank you.

Need to know more details on your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Start11v2 full version numbers.
  3. Start11v2 Enhance taskbar turn on or off?
  4. If you restart Explorer.exe does the transparency reappear?
  5. Windows setting, transparency effect turn on or off?

Thank you,

Really happy to hear that. You don't need to restart your system to restart Explorer.exe. You can use below batch code to restart explorer.exe.

taskkill /f /IM explorer.exe
start explorer.exe
exit

Or use any other method mentioned in this guide: https://www.howtogeek.com/198815/use-this-secret-trick-to-close-and-restart-explorerexe-in-windows/
