How to I get Microsoft 3655 apps (Word, Excel) to pin to the dock
Moved to ObjectDock area
Right-click on a blank area of your dock and select "Settings > Add > Shortcut." Give it a name and click the Browse button.
Navigate to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16" and select the app you want to pin.
Then, if you want to apply a custom icon, click "Change Icon," and select the icon you would like to use.

Have you tried click and drag the program, for example, Excel.exe within your file explorer, into your dock? Or you can click and drag shortcut Excel or Word icon to your dock.
