Calendar/Notifications (Action Center) in "correct" position for top taskbar

A sensible request that I'm sure may have already been considered, but put on the backburner due to the technical challenges involved with making it happen.

Nonetheless, it would be awesome if eventually the notification and calendar panels could be flipped and re-anchored when using a top taskbar so that they're more-or-less mirrored from how they are when using the default taskbar, and therefore more intuitive:

I was curious to check if any custom handling for these panels had been added for the left/right align taskbars since those already have modified-to-be-correct system tray icons, but at least in a VM, using either causes explorer.exe to peg the CPU at 100% usage and I can never click on anything on the taskbar in order to find out what happens
