Start 11 seems to be confused when it generates thumbnails, they are way too small. They should be the the size shown here:

but instead are miniscule!

Love the tabs though!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system.

Windows 11 full version and OS build number. Please use Winver.exe.
Start11 full version number.
Which Start11 Start menu style you're using?
What size of the tiles you set it to be?

Open the Start11 Config app and Go to Configure Menu > Advanced options and choose the pull down menu for "Icons should be sized." Select the size you want. You might have to play around with this to get exactly what you want,
