Activation issues

Hello, after entering the key and email, the Fences prompt has been activated, but clicking Next will prompt that the Fences is not activated, and the reopening of the software still needs to be activated, so repeat the cycle problem, and also tried the Purge removal software, but the problem still exists, how to solve this, thank you.

Hello, I followed the tutorial, %ProgramData%Stardock This command does not show the PRODUCTNAME folder after running, there is only a fences folder, and there is still a problem with activation after deletion.

If you already done deleting to Fences folder, try activation again. If it still happen after deleting and activation step. Try looking into your system cleaner software. It has been reported software like EaseUS system cleaner or any other software with similar function keep deleting your license file. Refer here: https://forums.stardock.com/523986.

Hello, I want to bind the key to the account, and then log in to the account directly on the software to activate, but after logging in to the account on the website, I don't see the option to associate the key, how do I need to do this.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
