I purchased a Start 11 single device license in May 2024. But now I am needing a license for multiple computers. Is it possible to upgrade my previous license to the multi device license and I just pay the balance?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise a support ticket using the link below and use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple tickets; that will send your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. The ticket will be answered in the order they send it.
