The registrant of the 2 websites in different. One is located in Calgary Canada the other is in Jacksonville Florida (however the registrant is actually an Australian company) They do share a mutual relationship as shown by the links to purchase the software on the skin site and links back to the skin site on PPX.

Wow I just got back a response for the author of PPX and that guy needs to take a chill pill. I was really polite and He could have just let me know that his connection was not direct. Juni I am going to forward to you our exchanges. I will also attempt to contact the actual skinsite admin.

I am very relieved to see they are gone.
To use your skins completely unchanged and then tag them with the author name Luni... I am certainly not you Juni but that was extremely offending. I am happy for you and I look forward to more awesome skins
