Due to how multiple screen painting works and how Windows doesn't rotate things, it wasn't possible to support vertical monitors in multiple monitor mode, but it should in single.

From the screen you posted, click the 'Launch KVM connection screen' button.

Connect to your Secondary with the vertical monitor.

Click the cog icon at the top of the KVM connection window, then 'Show remote monitor', then just the vertical monitor, not 'All'.

End of marchslm's quote

That is not being asked of you - you can still get to other monitors, just 1 at a time.

Again, this is not a choice or neglect, its a limitation that Windows itself creates.  If we can ever get around it in the future, we certainly will.

I have this EXACT same problem and I have not yet found a solution. How do we get a DEV to look into this?

I will add that I previously had Multiplicity 4 Pro, and it worked fine. I upgraded to Business and it no longer works.
