Reporting an issue

Please include the following for anything found:

  • Exact Windows version \ build (winver.exe)

  • Detailed steps to recreate the issue seen

  • Screenshots and videos are very helpful.  Videos can be uploaded to a cloud drive service (GoogleDrive, DropBox, OneDrive, YouTube), with a shared link included in your post.  Images can be copied and pasted directly into a post.

  • If there are specific apps that the app does not work (well) with, please note what apps and their exact versions.  If any app is not common, a link to a trial version would be appreciated.

Thank you for your interest and any time you put into making Multiplicity 4 a better product.

Known issues

While we appreciate all feedback, please remember that we offer no official support for beta \ preview \ developer channel versions of Windows. If you report issues while in any of those early release channels, you should not expect them to be addressed unless it still exists in a retail version of Windows.

This beta release seems to have fixed the issue of Multiplicity not detecting powered on computers.  It did take two restarts of the primary before Multiplicity would start with the computer.

This hasn't worked for me. It's still producing the same issue. I'll post some images below.

This was from beta 3 when working:

This is from latest beta after running purge on all systems and reinstalling with just one computer to test.

KVM side bar from current version is working fine.

Windows Version:

I'd like to point out that initially when I mentioned this issue in the other thread I was told that I was using the KVM feature wrong and the KVM screen wasn't used for the purpose in the first screen. Then after this I was shown that in order to use it the way I was using it for years I would need to untick "show powered on computers only" option. Your product is awesome, but some of the information I've gotten since pointing out this issue was confusing (you can read from other thread.)

I appreciate all your help and time.

I responded to your other thread so you dont need to post in multiple places.

While it is a complete mystery why your install is not responding as it should, if you have a working solution for now, please continue to use it.
