Enhanced Layout Capabilities

Suggestions to enhance the layout setup in fences

Dear Stardock Team,

I am a dedicated user of Fences and greatly appreciate the functionality it brings to the desktop organization. However, I have a suggestion for enhancing the layout capabilities that would make the tool even more powerful and user-friendly.

I propose the addition of the following features to the Layout options:

  1. Ability to select individual groups of windows and perform alignment actions:

    • Align Tops

    • Align Left

    • Align Right

    • Align Bottom

  2. Ability to evenly space windows:

    • Evenly Space Horizontally

    • Evenly Space Vertically

  3. Ability to make multiple selected windows the same size, with the first selected window's size being the reference for the others.

Implementing these features would allow for greater precision and customization in window arrangement, enhancing productivity and user experience. Thank you for considering this enhancement to Fences.
