ObjectDock No Longer Showing Running Programs

ObjectDock suddenly lost icons I added, and it no longer shows running programs. I can't find the settings for getting the running programs to show again. What happened? Can someone help me with this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. What icons was lost? Any specific application?

As for Show Running program on dock, this function does not work properly in ObjectDock v3. Hopefully it will resolved or removed in future update.
