How to customize right side of start menu using Start 11 windows 7 skin

You used to be able to add or subtract programs to the right side of the Start 11 start menu. I don't see how to do that any more. Windows 7 skin.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please look for it here: Start Menu->Configure Menu->Quick access Shortcuts->Shortcut list->Add or remove item within it. And, drag and drop listed item to arrange it.
