Fences V3 and Windows 11

I have Fences V3.1.6.1 on my windows 10 laptop. I used Lap Link's PC Mover to copy my programs, documents, user settings, etc. to my new windows 11 laptop, but Fences 3 didn't copy.

I can download a V5 trial copy on the win 11 laptop and play with it, but before I do, I'd like to ask;

1. Is Fences 3 supposed to work on windows 11?
2. Is there a feature comparison between V3 and V5?
3. Is there an upgrade from v3 to v5 and if so, what's the cost?

From what I know, Fences v3 and v4 is not fully compatible with current Windows version. And both has stop major development, since newer version released.

There are many new features added in v4 and v5. Here are few major ones.

New layout engine manager to resolved Multi-monitors system issue.
Peek function to bring Fences in front of Opens Windows.
Chameleon Function. Blend your Fences and Icons into your wallpaper.
