Transitions between screens is in the wrong place

When trying to move the mouse between STREAMINGPC(1) and the DESTKOP-PL5HA6C(1) above it, the mouse jumps to monitor (2) as show in my snip. I am unable to navigate between those 2 PCs as the mouse placement when moving between screens is incorrect. Moving up on STREAMINGPC always lands on monitor (2) of the PC above it, even when trying to move between display (1)

If you change what the main monitor is on Destkop-PL5ha6c(1) is, does that change the result?
