Freezing all the time

So I tried Object Dock 3. It dosn't seem to be working very well. every time I add a icon or do something on the dock it freezes and won't let me do anything with it for up to a minute. and to change skins is almost impossible.  As soon as you open up skins to choose a different one it stops and you have to use task manager to end it. Any suggestions.

Hello,

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. ObjectDock 3 full version number.

I am on Windows 10 with same version and OS Build number as your and on OD v3.01. And I don't have issue on my system.

First, please try, uninstall ODv3, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

Thanks basj I will do that. I'm headed out of town shortly for a few days so it will have to be when I get back. I'll let you know.

FYI  this is a fresh install from scratch on this laptop within the last 2 days.

Noted and thanks, do report back the result after you have done the reinstall steps. Remember to reboot.

I tried your suggestions and still the same thing. Did it twice. I think I'm just going to uninstall and go back to Winestep. I had noticed that after so long they put out a new version of Object dock, so I thought I'd try it. Not much of a update and not worth the time and trouble to get it working. I still love and use most of the stardock apps but Winestep works so much better.

Thanks for your quick response and help. No need to go further.

That is strange, something might be conflicting with it. However, since you decided not to pursue it further. I'll stop.
