Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try, uninstall Start11v2, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back. If it still not working please include these information.

  • Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  • Start11v2 full version you're trying to install.
  • Elaborate more on what is not working.
  • Do you have any other 3rd party application running that also changed how your Start menu or Explorer work.
