Unable to pin shortcut to Windows Taslbar

I click the shortcut and see this...so I can't insert the image here? have to use link?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, what is the issue? If you need to insert image please use one of these two buttons.

I don't need to pin an image. Just a shortcut.

Please elaborate. You're trying to pin a shortcut to taskbar, using Fences?
