dear Stardock every since I download your latest update for start 11 my explorer has stop working good. whenever I click on the C drive nothing happen it does not open.

I have lots of your software . I dont know what happened this time but I need help

Do you have Stardock WindowBlinds?

If so, it is that which needs an update to 11.04 due to a preview patch your computer installed.

CAN SOMEONE TELL WHY I DID GET THE UPDATE the same time I got the start 11 update. now my system is mess up im very disappointed because Ive been using your software with no problem before now my explorer is now proforming like it was because I uninstalled Start 11. 

can someone Please help me, I been a long time customer of youguy , I bought so many of youll product. now I need an update and I cant get it.

You didn't answer my question above.

There was an issue with WB 11.02 and earlier with this new version of Windows (thanks Microsoft!). Installing v11.04 resolves this.

I am not aware of any such issue caused by Start11 so it shouldn't be related to that.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details please.

  1. Windows 11 full version and OS  Build number. Use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Start11 full version number.
  3. Elaborate more on Mismatch icon, video or screenshot would help us understand it better.

here are one thing that I've realize whenever you open more than one explorer.exe and you hoover ther mouse over the icon nothing shows but if you have one explorer open and hoover the mouse over it shows the icon.

Still having mismatch icons issue.

 

also, Mismatch icons Mozilla Firefox shows Chrome Browser

 

I have for 4 Samsung Monitor U32J59x & NVIDIA Geforce 5060Ti Video card. each time I restart my system whenever it boot back up all my Monitor screen comes up with just a white screen but once I hit the restart explorer button in Start 11 everything come back to normal.

First, please try, uninstall XXX, reboot immediately (important), does the white screens issue resolved?

  • If no,there is something else causing the white screen issue. Look into your system or graphics card drivers/setting.
  • If, yes, please proceed to download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.
