Discount to upgrade Multiplicity bundled with Object Desktop?

Would like to upgrade to Multiplicity Pro

I just purchased Object Desktop, which I understand comes with Multiplicity 4 but I would like Multiplicity 4 Pro. Is there a discount to upgrade to the next higher subscription? When I selected the upgrade button for the Pro version and enter my email address, it says I'm not eligible. So is the full price for Pro my only option?

This is more like account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
