Did the issue appear while in Cleanboot mode? If it does not that enable the disabled software load on boot one at a time and see if the issue reappear. If no, than enable another one and reboot until the issue reappear. If it appear, than you know the last enabled software is causing the conflict/issue. If no issue appear after all of it is enable, than, it might be due to your original account was corrupted.
